At Lisa.KalmKoach, I  specialise in providing therapy and support for individuals looking to feel empowered and  improve their mental well-being. My client base is young and mature adults. I work with my clients in a bespoke way on their journey to self awareness , healing, self compassion and growth.   I provide counselling , longer term psychotherapy, coaching, hypnotherapy and holistic healthcare. I have years of experience working with neurodivergent clients mostly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) , Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and neurotypical clients.  I am a complimentary therapist not alternative. I work  with my clients face to face , online and on the phone so distance is never an issue.

Equally I work with clients in groups and facilitate wellbeing workshops with various wellness themes. I host small intimate workshops and equally larger groups for employers. I have experience of facilitating  and hosting workshop on confidence and self esteem , healthy boundaries , stress management,  coping strategies, mental health awareness and mental health first aid.
