Counselling | face to face | Phone | Online - If you are a woman feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or carrying painful feelings of shame or self-blame, you may be longing for a space where you can finally breathe, speak freely, and feel truly understood. I offer a safe, confidential sanctuary where you are listened to with compassion, respect, and without judgement. In private one-to-one counselling sessions, I support women who feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in self-doubt, or struggling with low self-esteem and low self-worth. Together, we can gently explore the emotions that feel heavy or confusing, helping you make sense of your experiences and begin to feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally supported. You do not have to carry this alone, counselling can be a calm, supportive place to reconnect with yourself and start feeling more like you again. I offer face to face counselling sessions that are held locally in St Helens , Merseyside , equally accessible for women from Merseyside, Cheshire and beyond if you are willing to do a little travel. Alternatively I help and support many women on the phone and via online sessions too.

Holistic Healthcare - The great news is that I am a qualified holistic healthcare practitioner and hypnotherapist. What this means is that sometimes not always many of the women I work with want to work with their whole self and nervous systems to free the burdens and lighten the emotional load. Holistic health and holistic therapies support emotional wellbeing by recognising that your mind, body, and emotions are deeply connected. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, holistic approaches gently explore the root causes of emotional distress, such as stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or unresolved experiences. Through holistic therapies, you are supported as a whole person, helping you develop greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of inner calm. This whole-person approach can nurture resilience, improve emotional wellbeing, and support you in feeling more grounded, connected, and able to cope with life's challenges. I offer therapeutic massage for women , Reiki energy healing sessions, hypnotherapy and personalised meditations. I have many bespoke wellbeing packages that include talking therapy sessions and holistic packages so you can tailor your wellbeing journey.

Women's Groups and workshops- Throughout the year I hold workshops and small groups to support in emotional awareness, I run small groups for confidence , self esteem , boundaries and connection. These are posted throughout the year on my social media sites , you'll find me on Facebook , Instagram and LinkedIn under my helping name Lisa.kalmkoach.
Employer / workplace wellbeing - I have experience of facilitating and hosting wellbeing workshops to employers. I can come into your workplace and support in mindfulness practice , stress management, coping strategies and mental health awareness . I have experience of Vocational wellbeing as I have worked with many large and smaller employers. Workplace wellbeing can be made bespoke to individual business needs and I provide a free 30 minute consultation to employers to discuss this.
