I offer bespoke packages for life challenges , storms and celebrations , this is a blended approach of talking therapies and holistic treatments that have been uniquely designed to feel grounded and calm whatever the situation or occasion including ;

The Bride to be package ( 2.5 hours )

Includes talking through the family dynamic stresses and planning stress , coping strategies to manage this joyful event for 50 minutes , a 60 minute holistic treatment and a 30 minute personalised  meditation to drift into a peaceful bride state.   

The fertility journey package ( 2.5 hours ) 

Allow your fertility journey to be really heard through a compassionate talking therapy session for 50 minutes, It can feel like such a relief to share the rollercoaster journey with someone impartial to the situation, followed by a 60 minute therapeutic massage and then a 30 minute personalised mediation for self compassion and care. 

The perimenopause  / menopause package ( 2.5 hours )

Your body is changing , your noticing all the physical and emotional symptoms yet you try to carry on regardless. Come and share your feelings about this journey in a safe space for 50 minutes , followed by a therapeutic message with appropriate essential oils sealed by a 30 minute meditation of renewal, self compassion and acceptance. 

The working Mum / carer package ( 2.5 hours ) 

You are tired , exhausted and trying to hold everything and everyone all together all of the time, now this is your time , your time to be heard for once , listened too, after letting out your contained feelings we will work with the body in a 60 minute de-stress massage and then seal it with a personalised 30 minute meditation to fill up your own cup.

Book me to come into your workplace for 1 hour for guided meditation, mindfulness practice and grounding exercises ( price includes 20 mile radius of St Helens , Merseyside , extra travel will include an extra mileage expense, to be negotiated.

Book me to host and facilitate a workplace workshop / training . Delivering stress management courses , coping strategies to manage stress and mental health awareness courses. Fee based on a 3 hour delivery , ( fee guide ) this can be made bespoke during your free consultation.

On site counsellor for employers and businesses 

Arrange a monthly / weekly referral system for your employees to have emotional support at work and reduce sickness , fee is based on a day rate of 8 hours , travel within a 20 mile radius. Telephone / online  referrals can also be discussed and negotiated.
