Healing Hidden Guilt and Shame
For many years I felt a quiet pull toward helping others, but it took countless hours of reflection and my own counselling sessions to truly understand what my work in the world was meant to be. Through that journey, I discovered that I am here to support women who carry hidden emotions of guilt and shame, feelings that so often turn into high anxiety, shutting down, overwhelm, and a deep sense of disconnection from themselves and others.
In my practice, I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can gently explore what you are feeling without judgment or pressure to "fix" everything at once. Together, we slow things down, name what has been buried, and begin to untangle the stories that keep you stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are not broken; you are simply carrying more than you were ever meant to hold alone.

I work specifically with women who feel like they are constantly on edge, exhausted from holding everything together, yet unsure how to ask for help. You might find yourself withdrawing from people you love, feeling numb or overwhelmed, or wondering why you can’t just "get over it." These are not personal failures; they are signs that your nervous system and your heart are asking for care, understanding, and support.
In our sessions, we move at your pace. We explore the roots of guilt and shame, gently challenge old beliefs, and build new ways of relating to yourself that feel kinder and more honest. My hope is that, over time, you feel more grounded, more connected, and more able to show up in your life as the person you truly are, without hiding, apologising, or shrinking yourself to make others comfortable.
